I have returned all 3 of these mulling spice packets and requested full refunds. Now I am billed 3 x at $12.xx for one packet each? For what? I had been waiting on a refund for the $6 billed for the 2 x originally ordered mulling packets that were out of stock. Then on 12/30/22, I received an email that I would be receiving the mulling spice packets and on 12/31 my credit card was billed three (3) different $12 amounts. No refund for the out of stock items was received. I was billed for the full order - even after notification on 12/20/22 that the mulling spices were out of stock. The soap arrived on 12/26/22 (vs originally scheduled 12/23). 2 x soap on a rope and 2 x mulling spice packets. Time it right with your credit card billing cycle and you won’t be out of pocket for what you don’t buy.I placed an order on for stocking stuffers. My advice though is to set a budget of what you want to spend and stick to it because you’ll want to keep more than you intended once you get them. You reach the $27 shipping for $300 threshold pretty quickly so after that there’s no penalty for buying more to try and then returning what you don't want. This is factored into the price of the clothes so you might as well take advantage of it. You may want to consider buying a wide range of items to start to see what you like and then return the rest. Return shipping is $7.95 flat rate and they give you a prepaid label in the box. My biggest complaint is they charge up to $27 for shipping even on large >$500 orders and then send it by USPS slow boat that is 7 days transit time to the east coast. If your tastes run more towards J Crew, North Face, Nordstrom, etc. though you will not consider C2C clothes to be a good value. If you normally shop at Old Navy, Ross, TJ Max, Marshalls, etc. If you sign up for their email list you will receive 20% off coupon codes 3 or 4 times a year. So are the clothes from C2C a good value? Price: When buying online from any retailer you have to factor in the cost in both time and gas of going shopping at your local bricks and mortar retailer.

The exception to this is the Pathmaker shoe which is a wider fit. The shoes tend to fit on the narrow side so if you have a wider foot, stay away. The henleys weren’t all that great-in both design and construction. The t-shirts are also good, as are some of the collared shirts. I loved their sweaters, leather jackets and shorts the best. The designs are unique and there’s a lot of attention to detail. It’s durable but if you have a “paunch” it may drape in an unflattering way. Many of their shirts though, especially the summer weight shirts, are a very light weight “gauze” or sear-sucker type of material.

The sweaters are very heavy weight and well-constructed. Most of their clothing is 100% cotton (with exception of the leather jackets). So if you’re contemplating purchasing from C2C here’s my advice: I have received many compliments on the clothes from all types of people (even strangers). Orders are shipped the day of receipt and returns are processed and credited promptly. Overall the clothing is very well made, sized correctly, the designs are mostly unique (you won’t find them at your local mall retailer) and their customer service has been outstanding. I’ve purchased leather jackets, sweaters, shirts, shorts, henleys hoodies, pants, underwear and shoes for all seasons. In the last year I have made net purchases (sales less returns) of over $1500 in clothing. Like many others asking about Carbon2Cobalt I received an unsolicited catalog in the mail.
